**All registrations must be in my May 1st at the latest so that we have time to set up a meeting with the school before the end of the school year. We will discuss, in detail, what to expect, what you will need, and have forms that must be filled out by parents and advisors prior to attending the conferences.
The Cape Girardeau conference will begin on Sunday afternoon and conclude Tuesday evening around 5pm.
The Columbia conference will begin Thursday afternoon and conclude Saturday evening around 5pm.
Each conference offers similar programming and overall experience. Teams should choose a conference best suited to their location or that works best for their schedule. Please ask if you need to attend one that is farther away, we can provide an additional night stay ahead of time if you will be travelling over 150 miles.
