Success of the TRACTION program is gauged by the implementation of programs that aim to reduce traffic crashes in Missouri communities. High school participants develop step-by-step actions plans while onsite at the TRACTION conference that allow them to develop a program of their own that can be implemented in their school and community. This process was adapted from real-world business project management materials.
